THE ALBARIÑO "MARTÍN CÓDAX" IS MADE WITH GRAPES EXCLUSIVELY FROM SELECTED PLOTS IN THE "VAL DO SALNÉS"

BRIGHT PALE GOLD IN COLOR, IT PRESENTS AROMAS OF APPLES AND PEARS ALONG WITH DELICIOUS LEMON NOTES, EXCEPTIONAL FRUITY NOTES AND A PLEASANT TOUCH OF CONCENTRATED AND MINERAL HONEY. ON THE PALATE IT IS RICH AND BROAD, WATERED WITH RIPE CITRUS NOTES, DENSE AND WITH VOLUME ON THE PALATE WITH GOOD ACIDITY AND A LONG FINISH.
THIS WINE HAS BEEN MADE WITH GRAPES OF THE ALBARIÑO VARIETY IN OUR LAGAR DA CONDESA WINERY LOCATED IN VALLE DO SALNÉS, GALICIA. PART OF THE WINE HAS BEEN FERMENTED IN FRENCH OAK BARRELS OF 500 AND 600 LITERS AND THE REST REMAINED ON ITS LEES FOR APPROXIMATELY 4 MONTHS. THE RESULT IS A HIGHLY STRUCTURED WINE, WITH A LARGE VOLUME ON THE PALATE THAT EXHIBITS THE CHARACTER OF THIS MYTHICAL GRAPE FROM GALICIA IN ALL PHASES OF ITS TASTING. THIS WHITE WINE IS IDEAL TO ACCOMPANY ALL KINDS OF FISH, SEAFOOD, WHITE MEAT, VEGETABLES, RICE DISHES AND SALADS.

OPTING FOR QUALITY RATHER THAN QUANTITY, HENCE THE LIMITED VOLUME THAT IS RELEASED ON THE MARKET. ALMOST ALL THE WINE IS OBTAINED FROM THE HARVEST, COLLECTED IN THE VINES SPREAD THROUGHOUT THE PARISH OF PRADO DE MIÑO. ITS LONG-LIVED VINES AND THE USE OF TRADITIONAL CULTIVATION TECHNIQUES ARE THE BASIS THAT SUSTAINS THE QUALITY OF ITS WINES.

MARA MOURA IS MADE FROM A SELECTION OF HIGH ALTITUDE GODELLO VINEYARDS IN THE MONTERREI D.O., WITH SCHIST SOILS. IT UNDERGOES ALCOHOLIC FERMENTATION AT LOW TEMPERATURE AND A BÂTONNAGE TWICE A WEEK TO KEEP THE LEES IN SUSPENSION, SO THAT THEY PROVIDE THE WINE WITH SMOOTHNESS AND COMPLEXITY.

A RARE BIRD IN ITS GEOGRAPHICAL AREA. A WHITE CAÍÑO FROM THE LA CAPELLANÍA DE SAN JUAN FARM. A PERSONAL WORK, WITH CHARACTER, FROM A PLOT THAT BELONGED TO THE COUNT OF CANILLAS, AND LATER TO THE CHAPLAIN OF SAN JOSÉ. A VINEYARD WITH HISTORY THAT EACH YEAR GIVES US A FEW KILOS OF GRAPES.
